Traveling across the Heart of Texas and Central Texas regions, Whitehaven Canine serves from all of McLennan County to Clifton, Gatesville, Belton, Marlin, Mount Calm, and Abbott for dog training and specialty training for specific needs. Alan White has trained dogs in everything from explosive detection to therapy for their human counterparts.
Today, Alan primarily deals with obedience, offering classes and individual services for those looking to modify bad behavior before it starts. Classes are offered for puppies, and Alan can train dogs for American Kennel Club. Classes are ongoing, and typically announced via the Facebook page as they fill up or begin registration.
Emotional Support Animals are also trained and donated to Disabled Veterans. WhiteHaven Canine Evaluators is a Texas Registered Non-Profit Corporation and an approved Public Charity under the I.R.S. Code 501(c)(3). Alan is a Vietnam War Veteran and trained dogs for the U.S. Marina Corps. WhiteHaven Canine can train and certify dogs for those with special needs, including therapy and emotional support dogs. He’s even known teach an older dog some new tricks.
